Advocates for positive mental health at work
We have undertaken Mental Health England's "Mental Health First Aider at Work" training, and recognise the importance of positive health within the workplace. Employers have a duty of care towards their employees' health and safety and it is great to see mental health being given the same exposure and acknowledgement as physical health has in the past. Happy and healthy employees experience better job satisfaction, engagement, innovation/ideas generation, and performance.
